Answering some of your most common questions
HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOU?
I upload ready to buy products to my website in collections, a countdown reminder will be uploaded to my instagram stories so make sure you follow me on there, turn on notifications to my posts and stories to ensure you are kept in the loop. You can also subscribe to my mailing list to be able to access stock previews with the prices and accurate measurements. Due to the limited amount of products I am able to make, they do sell out quickly. The date and time of the next stock release will be in a banner on the top of my website and also on my instagram bio. Alternatively please see the send in service page for custom orders.
CAN I PREORDER?
At this moment in time I am not able to accept pre-orders. To keep things as fair as possible I give plenty of reminders and previews to what stock will be available and what time it will be uploaded to the site. Baskets are also not reserved so it's fastest checkout first on launch days.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
I am not in the position to offer wholesale products of discounts on multiple sales. This is a small scale business run by me alone.
DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
No, at the moment I only sell products in the UK from my website uploads, however you can use the Send in Service if you are outside of the UK. Additional postage costs apply.
DO YOU MAKE THE KNITTED ITEMS?
No, I source and commission the knitted items from talented sellers. I buy the knits and I make the crochet appliques and I design the compositions.
ARE THEY REAL WOOL KNITTED ITEMS?
As I do not make the knits I do not know the exact yarn used to create the knitted item. But generally I try to source acrylic/wool blends and not 100% wool. This is easier to care for with busy mums, from personal experience. I also find real wool to be a bit scratchy on delicate baby skin.
