CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If you send the product back to me in perfect condition that it was sold to you in (in original packaging with tags), unused for hygiene purposes, within 14 days, I will refund you, once the item has been received by me. Make sure that the item is protected inside the package as damaged items will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the postage cost. The original postage will be refunded with the cost of the item(s).
If you are returning a product because it is faulty, and has been confirmed with photographic evidence, I will refund you once I have received the item, or I will repair the item for you depending on the situation. You are responsible for postage cost and make sure that the item is carefully packaged inside the parcel as any other damage other than what has been discussed will be taken into consideration and your item may not be refunded.
Items damaged through wear and tear will NOT be refunded. Please treat your products carefully and ensure they are hand washed only and that wooden parts are NOT submerged in water. You can read more about this on the Product Care page. Follow the washing instructions given with the Nan Knits to ensure your item is kept in good condition, wash on a cool wash or handwash only and do not tumble dry.
